  1. Work your way up to drinking 64 ounces of water a day
  2. Speak positive words to yourself
  3. Move your body for 20 minutes a day (i.e. running, yoga, dancing, weight lifting
  4. Eat at least 3 fruits a day
  5. Start your day off with 8-16 ounces of water
  6. Include fresh greens in every meal
  7. Stress less
  8. Smile more
  9. Go for a 10-minute walk
  10. Avoid processed sugar (i.e. corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup)
