It’s a completely different challenge and it’s certainly a lot more intense than the other types of running you’ve experienced up to now. It’s a true workout and it adds variety to your schedule too.
You can also try and add a weighted vest if you need just a little bit more. Changing your cardio is always a good option since your body can get set into a workout routine easily.
