How does it WORK?
Every day there will be a new workout. You can totally do this. I have no doubt.
I will also coach you, help you out, and encourage you. We’re practically going to be new besties by the end of the 20 days.
I included daily encouragement and fit/health tips, a workout of the day, and a quick, simple healthy recipe. This is a 20 day lifestyle change–not a challenge. Usually challenges get you on a hype. This is not the same. I want you to continue and adapt a few of the changes I CHALLENGED you to.
What do you need to do?
Download! That’s all. You’ll get an email in your inbox and it’ll load as a PDF on your computer or phone. It’s simple. Girl, I’m all about easy. I have two littles and a hard working husband. I don’t have time for complicated and I know you don’t either.
But this is a workout series for you. It’s mommy designed. You can do everything right in the comfort of your own home. You don’t have to leave and you don’t have to carve out MORE time by loading kids up in the car, getting snacks, filling up the diaper bag… you get the exhaustion.
