So it’s hot here in Florida. May happened and the days seriously warmed up quite a bit. And with a baby this year, it’s a whole different story. I’m constantly walking around, chasing after a 10 month old, and finding myself thirsty. I’m a HUGE fan of apple cider vinegar (ACV) and seriously am a believer of the nutrition behind it. If you don’t know much about ACV, I recommend you do a google search. You will be amazed and become a fan too of the amazing magic.
16 oz. of Pomegranate Raspberry Tea
2 TBS. Apple Cider Vinegar (with the mother/raw)
1 TSP. Ginger Powder
2 TSP. Stevia
2-3 Ice cubes
That’s all! I like to mix everything in a large mason jar and drink it with a straw. It’s amazing, addictive, and feels oh so good on the tummy! Let me know your thoughts below in the comments.
You’ve made me curious about ACV. When you make this drink, can you taste the bitter vinegar? And have you ever used anything like AdvoCare Spark? I drink that every morning but it’s expensive so I would love to find a replacement.
Well…I’m super addicted to ACV. My husband on the other hand can smell the stuff 10 miles away…whatever. 😉 I LOVE it and am hooked. I don’t taste it in my drinks. Another thing you can do it mix everything together and blend 4-5 strawberries and you’ll have a much sweeter taste. I love that variation too!
